Most of our operations are over-the-road, but routes are built to keep schedules consistent and home time predictable. Depending on where you live and the freight you run, drivers are typically home every 7 to 14 days. On average, Chief drivers get around 75 days at home throughout the year, giving you more consistency and more ability to plan life off the road.

"Three years ago I had to get away from a mega carrier who one, didn't really trust their drivers. Two, had way too many rules. And three, thought that getting home every weekend for 34 hours was quality home time. When I started looking I began with the Best Fleets to Drive For list. Chief Carriers was on that list. So I contacted Mandee and we had a good conversation right off the bat. I realized quickly I was talking to somebody who wasn't reading from a script. She asked me way more questions about my expectations rather than pushing their agenda.
