CDL Driving Jobs Built Around Consistent Home Time
At Chief Carriers, we hire drivers across the Midwest, Southeast, and Eastern United States. Our operation is built to keep drivers moving while still providing consistent time at home throughout the year.
Whether you’re looking for steady miles, predictable schedules, or a company that communicates clearly, Chief offers a straightforward driving job built around consistency and support.

Where Chief Carriers Is Hiring
Chief Carriers hires CDL drivers across multiple states throughout the Midwest, Southeast, and Eastern U.S.
Drivers living within our hiring area can expect:
- Consistent freight
- Structured routes
- Reliable home time
- Support from an experienced operations team
Because where you live matters when it comes to planning routes, schedules, and getting drivers home consistently.
Closer to Home. Closer to What Matters.
Most of our operations are over-the-road, but routes are built to keep schedules consistent and home time predictable. Depending on where you live and the freight you run, drivers are typically home every 7 to 14 days. On average, Chief drivers get around 75 days at home throughout the year, giving you more consistency and more ability to plan life off the road.
It’s an approach designed to keep you moving while still prioritizing time at home.
