Welcome to Open Enrollment!
Open Enrollment begins on Monday, November 2nd, and runs through 3 pm, Friday, November 13th. Open Enrollment is your annual opportunity to review your benefit plan options and make changes for the upcoming year including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and life insurance. It is also the time to enroll in the Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts or Health Savings Accounts for next year. Elections made during Open Enrollment go into effect on January 1, 2021.
You will be receiving a benefits folder by mail containing many great resources including a Cover Letter detailing Open Enrollment, Benefits Guide, Contribution Sheet, and Benefits Summaries of Chief’s Medical Plans. We understand that you may not receive this benefits folder if you are on the road so Chief is excited to announce a new online tool for our employees to access more information about their benefits. Visit benefits.chiefind.com to view our benefit showcase including information for each of our vendors plus a full presentation of Chief’s benefits. (Please note you will be required to create a username and password to join the benefit showcase.) Visit the Chief Industries section of the showcase to view all of Chief’s benefits documents and a presentation of Chief’s benefits.
